Everything is just perfect, location is rate it 10/10 everything is close to you, shops, cafe, bazar, metro station, barber, saloon , grocery all can be reached by walking maximum 5 min and maybe 10 min walking and you will be in the grand bazar, the breakfast is so amazing and authentic turkish, the staff very helpful and they do extra mile to help you , special thanks to all of them but more exceptional thanks for Mr. Najeeb in the reception he explained for us where we can find metro station 5 min away from the hotel and he helped me a lot during my stay there i am really thankful and grateful for his assistance including the other guys as well, i highly recommend the hotel you will really enjoy your stay in istanbul with them and you will explore more hidden gems in istanbul ❤️ surely my next visit to istanbul i will stay with them , highly recommended i give them 10/10.
Hotel was clean all the time and the room service were very helpful and smiling all the time, and even the staff responsible on the buffet they were smiling and welcoming the guest.
If you will stay with them i recommend you to book a taxi with them, they get you good deals with great prices.

It’s was very clean and comfortable and the was very very good and helpful specially Noshan, I really like the way he treated the costumers and he offered us free Turkish coffee every day to be honest all the staff was good from cleaning staff to respiration guy he gifted us a free breakfast coz we arrived early to the hotel and there was 5 hours remain to receive our room but he offered us to enjoy the testy breakfast I really appreciate him and all the worker Noshan and Aisheh. Do haggle ! it is usually more expensive that the shops in the streets below. Please go to Havuzlu coffee shop / restaurant in the middle of the Grand Bazar for a great coffee / tea except to pay more but very good coffee!

The Grand Bazaar is mostly jewellers selling the same products. It's a shame as we were expecting a diversity of products. There's better shopping outside of the Grand Bazaar (and cheaper prices).

Just a crazy place of shops - too big you will surely get loss.
The only thing that attracted me here is the Exchange. You can get better Exchange Rate in this place then that from Google on the same day.
On the day when i was exchanging, the Google rate was 1 Eur to 21.5
Here I got for 1 Eur to 22.2
But i found a better shop at 22.5
Just that i can't find that shop after some walking around.
So its easy to get loss here

Its centre location in Europe side of Istanbul,Turkiye. Near to grand bazaar, hega sophia, balat, walking distance. Breakfast is Good, You see smiling faces of reception staff, Mr.Emre ,Mr.Hassan and there Guest Managar-Mrs.Ege. They have city tour packages available as per the guest needs. It was a good stay at there place.
The hotel is situated at the heart of the old city, 3 to 5 minute's walk to Hagia Sophia, the Cistern, the Museum of Archaeology, the big mosques, the port of Marmara, and also the Grand Bazaar. I had a room with a king-size bed all to myself and it was heaven. Marble floor and part hardwood, new furniture, face bricks on two walls giving the room a fancy touch, slippers provided, toiletries, safe, mini fridge, decent AC, great shower.
Nice hotel which is newly renovated and still it is being renovated. Location is exceptional and close to historical marvels and grand bazaar. The best part is the staff, highly professional and respectful. Whenever we needed something during our eight days stay, they fully extended their support and even we were offered Turkish delights as gift during our check out.
I liked the location. The location was amazing everything was really close by. Hagia Sofia, the blue mosque, the grand bazaar, and Egyptian spice market. Lots of shops and restaurants as soon as you step outside the hotel. They do give free breakfast as well and the staff is friendly.
We stayed two days with our child; the hotel is very safe and comfortable for staying with your family. I highly recommend it to everybody. The location was so close everywhere( beach, Sultan Ahmet, Grand Bazaar); 3 min away, there are fish restaurants. Also, our room was very clean; we could tell the hotel's workers to clean our room ANYTIME(which is amazing for me 😅 ). We would return to this hotel if we had a new trip to Turkey. By the way, thanks very much to the hotel workers. 😇
Exceptional hotel, probably the most hospitable hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff needs to be commended for going the extra mile and making our stay very pleasant. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to grand bazaar and sultanahmet square. The views from the rooftop restaurant are spectacular, the food is amazing and the prices are also reasonable. If you want a hotel with impeccable service and hospitality, look no further than Demiray!
The location is absolutely amazing. Everything is just a stone's throw away. Cisterna Basilica, Blue Mosque, Sophia, Boat trips, Grand Bazaar... Everything you might want to see on a short stop over in Istanbul is right here! The hotel offers 2 swimming pools, hammam, sauna and Turkish Bath. Statff is friendly and helpful.
Very close to the Grand Bazaar and 15 min by tram to the Blue Mosque. Next to the Sehzadebasi Mosque. The breakfast was excellent too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If I come back, will be back to this hotel for sure.
