Everything was just perfect! The hotel crew were all super friendly. They smiled at you 24/7 and were eager to help with anything you wanted. Mr. Ayhan in particular was super friendly and super helpful and always made sure we got what we want in the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet itself was amazing with lots of varities. Inshallah I will definitely be coming back again!

Come early or multiple times, because you need time to walk around the museum, palace & harem. It closes pretty early. The museum is PHENOMINAL! And the ticket is valid for 7 days!!! so go multiple times or spend the whole day once.

one person we met calls it the Dolce and Gabbana Palace. I saw it many years ago, and it's super kitsch inside. Probably worth seeing how the sultans ruined their country's economy by pouring all wealth into a single palace, though, if you've never seen it before.

Full of wonders, gold, diamonds, marble, crystals etc. A lot of money & sweat and blood were shed to have it built. Wonderful to see but gave me a sense of too much opulence in a city where 3 streets further it looks very poor and dirty.

Absolutely new hotel, fully new furniture, stunning design. Room is not so spacious (usual for Istanbul), but space is enough and organised well. Fully equipped kitchen. Location is nice if Dolmabahce palace is your purpose. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Please notice self check in. I missed this message from Booking.com.
The photos on Booking.com are 100% consistent with the room.
2 mins walking distance to Galata Tower. 10 mins to T1 station Karakoy where you can go to the old city and the Dolmabahce Palace. 1 min distance to the Sishane Metro station. 10 mins walk to both bridges. It is right in the center of action.
The staff is very friendly. We got a welcome drink offered upon our arrival and a small present after we checked out. The location is very close to the Kabataş ferry port, to the tram and to the Dolmabahçe palace. So it’s super practical if you want to be mobile. There are some nice breakfast cafes around.
