Nice beach and pool area, perfect sea view and the sea itself, the room in general was ok, as well as breakfasts. Pillows and mattress were quite comfortable. Up to 10 min by car to Cesme Marina or up to 15 min to Alacati, 15 min by foot to the nearest supermarket
It's a beautiful, well kept family run villa, turned into a hotel. Cesme Marina, Cesme Castle and the main Market street are all nearby. The hotel has a tasteful bohemian/victorian decor and is very clean. Turkish Breakfast is prepared and served when you sit down for it, it's not a buffet. It has a small open seating area near the entrance for meals and chilling. Hotel is located on the side of a steep hill, so your window might have a great view of the sea, marina or the market lanes.
We loved staying here, it was very clean the pool was very nice and the location is close to different beaches and to Cesme marina. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

This apartment is the epitome of elegance and comfort! The sea view and proximity to Cesme Marina make it the perfect spot for a delightful Izmir vacation.
Ozgul is very very nice, really welcome us and made us fel comfortable during our stay. Hotel has great amenities and very close to the Çesme marina. If you're in the area it is definitely worth staying here. Next time I'm there, I won't even think twice.
Everything was amazing. Location is great , 2 min walking from Cesme Marina. The hotel is owned by a family, very welcoming and helpful, they also recommended few places to go to and they were great. Breakfast is yummy too!

Wonderful Ipekyol Boutique hotel is located in the old town. The location is very excellent and peaceful. Hotel having beautiful garden. It is a quite little oasis with a pool. Room was well decorated, comfortable and clean. It is possible to move everywhere on foot: the beach, restaurants, shops, bus station, çeşme Marina. I would especially like to mention the hotel owners Talha and Valerie, who are always on hand to give us excellent recommendations for dinner, beaches and places to visit.

There is a beautiful garden and a nice clean pool area. The pool itself is pretty big.
The location is nice, a walking distance from the beach (10 mins by foot) and a few kms from Cesme marina. It's located in a quiet area and we could truly enjoy and relax which was sometimes hard in Turkey.
They serve great breakfasts with delicious bread and other pastries.
