The icecream(dondurma) at the first floor of the hotel is just fantastic (from dab cafe) It's the best icecream of my entire life! You should definitely try that. Also, the staffs were friendly and nice

i stay 1 night at this hotel. location 15 minute walking to city centre or landmark but a little bit climbing from bus station. if you landing at ankara airport and use ankara bus, then bus stop is ulus to reached this hotel. breakfast normal like turkey style but staff cannot speaking english and look like unpleasant person. you can order taxi to hotel but price 2x more expensive than taxi metre. from hotel to asti bus just 10 minute but shoul paid 300 TL

This was our second stay and it was just as pleasant as the first stay. We were welcomed back like family. As our first stay the staff were fantastic, friendly and most accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Ankara.
We landed at 7am and departed at midnight so only in Ankara for the day, we needed a crash pad. WE requested and The Twins Hotel was nice enough to let us check in and give us a room at 8 am plus breakfast. The front desk people were fantastic! as all of the staff was!! Great staff and very friendly service.

Location is the best, you can easily find lot of international cuisine around the hotel, even the Ankara Bus Terminal (ASTI Otogar) is close to the hotel.
You can enjoy the city view from top floor as well.
Fantastic hotel for the price! The only hotel I've found in Turkey that actually had a bath tub! And a separate shower. The beds were so comfortable, too! Good sized room. Fancy elevators.
Grrat value hotel with walking distance to railway station and metro stop that connects bus terminal.
The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff was also helpfull with bellman helping us to carry our luggage to our room and receptionist Nergis helped us with all of the queries.
For the low price of 40 euro for room(at the time of writing this review) which also included fantastic buffet style breakfast, is hard to beat.
Overall would highly recommend.
