The hospitality in this hotel is something else, i had one of the best stays. All the staff are friendly. They helped us with everything. Free drinks all day long. They have very good food. All the facilities are amazing. They help you with everything from A -Z. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again because their costumer satisfaction standard is very high. I haven’t seen a hotel that treats you better than they do. Especial thanks to serkan and hakkan for this amazing stay. They don’t give no for an answer. Pleasure to stay in this hotel.

We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well!
There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free!
We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean.
Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable.
Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!
