We arrived early in the morning and an early check-in at 11am was offered, and upgraded to a suite!!! The staff were polite and friendly. The room and other facilities, eg. gym, were spotless and all the amenities were top quality with attention to detail. Their breakfast was also incredible - including hot dishes such as rice and curry, dim sum, etc. We particularly enjoyed the Japanese noodle with fresh vegetables. It was also nice that General Manager, Nick, was around and talked to us (customers) during breakfast making sure everything was ok. The location was central, next to the Sky Train station, closed to restaurants and a number of shopping centres. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
