The room was nice & comfortable and spotlessly clean. The surrounding garden and balcony we had was beautiful and private for breakfast . Yut and his wife were wonderful people and friendly to chat lot . Yut is so helpful when needed and wants you to enjoy their place and surroundings , so gives his recommendations where to go and visit and where to eat etc . It was certainly the best value place for quality we came across in Koh Lanta. We will recommend it to anyone who wants great value and quality on holiday . The breakfasts were freshly cooked brought to our balcony to eat morning with a smile !

I was in the seaview room with balcony which is at the end of the property, with sun loungers on my own private patio. The view of the sea was breaktaking. The style of the building and room is like going back in time, it has real charm and Thai authenticity. There is also a large communal patio with the best view of the sea. I loved watching the fishermen boats and listening to the birds in the morning. One minute walk to the old town with lots of shops, restaurants and bars which was equally charming. A very quiet place to unwind in and a very special place. Get the seaview room it’s worth it.

I enjoyed being in the south of the Island. Nothing about the hotel was as stated on Booking.Com
It surprised me how much I liked the Old Town. We had a wonderful lunch at Apsara. Don't be put off by having to walk through the kitchen. Seating is on the water. The food was so so good. Lots of people go to the restaurant next door, as it seems they have it set up for Instagram. Forget the Insta photo and enjoy authentic, amazing Thai food. Great service. Very reasonably priced. Then walk the shops. There's lots of good artisan shops, selling all kinds of things. There's a brewery and a nice coffee shop too.

If u want afew souvenirs go here as majority of the shops are priced but u should still ask for a discount( in Thailand u always barter….offer half and work up to somewhere in between). The market by the pier is over priced.Better value here
Very nice stay in a quiet place in Koh Lanta. Little bit further from the beached but that means a very quiet place to relax. You can also rent a scooter on the property, which makes it easy to move around the island. Close by Lanta Old Town and easy accessible. Also has a taxi service, to bring and pick you up from the pier. Nice staff, clean place and big rooms. Very nice price for the things you get! Loved it here.
There was no breakfast. We loved the location but Lanta Old Town is a good journey away from all the beaches on the west coast. It was a really quiet location and very atmospheric as the tide came in under the bedroom! We would return there.
Everything! Amazing space, our favourite accomodation in Lanta. 10 minutes from Lanta Old Town, which is just the most charming little village. Staying on the east coast feels like a holiday from your holiday – highly recommended – and Heaven Hill is the perfect base.
We enjoyed our stay at Relax House. It was extremely peaceful and serene. Sleeping above the mangrove was pure bliss. The owner was amazing and very accommodating. She offered to take us to her other resort, which had a pool and beautiful sunset views. We spent the day there for free, and it was such a wonderful experience. Relax House is walking distance from Koh Lanta Old Town, which is an amazing street that has a variety of restaurants and markets selling all kinds of trinkets. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here.
We really enjoyed our time in Sweet life guesthouse. The room was super clean, very nice and light. Fully furnitured.
The shared bathroom is not a problem, it was super clean as well and the common kitchen and space to hang out was a super bonus!
The location is walking distance to Lanta old town.
Wonderful small resort located on the more tranquil part of the Island. Despite that Koh Lanta old town (mainly one street) is about 5 minutes walk and there you can find some restaurants and shops. We stayed just one night but I would be happy to stay there in the future for much longer and explore the Island. The hotel maintains a policy of peace and quiet (they even have guests sign a commitment not to disturb other guests), which means it's not a hotel for young people who have come to party.

Close to Shopping and Eating The hotel is located just a minute's walk from the shopping place and eatery. It's also close to the Koh Lanta Old town and Saladan Town, making it easy to explore the island. The hotel is also very clean, with cleanliness everywhere.

Resort is good for families, simple with all necessary conditions. Everything is clean everyday, room, clean towels, beach and garden.

Food is good and affordable. No alcohol restaurant, but you can buy in front of the hotel and bring to the table.
All trips and scooter can be booked in front of the hotel, super convenient and friendly staff.
