The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The location is quiet and peaceful. We saw 4-5 tokay geckos in the reception area where you can hang out as well. They sell drinks and snacks and they have complimentary coffee available in the same area. Early morning it was nice with the mist in the surroundings. We stayed for one night only. We were happy with our stay and had a very good sleep.

A magnificent place from which to experience Thai's natural...
A magnificent place from which to experience Thai's natural environment. Highly recommended despite the rather rudimentary accommodation options on the lake. However, it is only worth going to Khao Sok if you stay on the lake as that is where the hikes through the rainforest are and where the animals are.
Treat the accommodation as part of the experience!

We checked in late so the staff just left our keys at the front desk. We stayed in a private four person room which was a double bed and a bunk bed. Mattresses were on the firmer side and the room was slightly small for 4 people, but we only stayed here one night before moving on to our Khao Sok lakehouse so wasn’t an issue. Had a modern communal area with a pool table and the laundry service seemed to be very popular. Overall this hostel did the job, nothing special.
Very, very clean. And super nice owner and staff. Good pool and located next to one of the entries of Khao Sok national park. Lots of possibilities to eat in the neighborhood and listing tours offered in and around the hotel. Note that the river villas have a great virus but also some noise from the river (especially in rainy season), but that’s not a real problem if you like nature. They make a nice breakfast too!
the place was good. it has a very natural jungle feel to it. Khao sok itself is a very small village and the accomodation was as good as it could get in a place like that. the staff was really helpful and they helped us to book all our tours plus our full journey when we were supposed to travel to koh samui.
the hotel also has a direct access to the water stream behind and you can book a tubing activity right from the hotel. must do thing. and be careful of snakes in the river stream :)
Basic rooms but well decorated, bathroom seems renovated, great view and porch. So we enjoyed the stay!

Great rainforest hotel, well located for accessing the restaurants of Khao Sok and the national park. It has a great jungle mini golf, a large pool , and a water slide into the river... huge fun. We went tubing down the river from the hotel. There are monkeys everywhere so it feels as though you are deep in the jungle. Spacious and clean family room
We were looking for an apartment to spend the night before going to Khao Sok Lake, nothing fancy but decent. Perfect location and price/quality really good.
It’s my third time in Thailand but this hotel is my top 1. There are no luxury sets inside or fancy welcome drinks but owners make everything to create beautiful atmosphere. Also if you are a plant lover - this place will be wonderful for you! You can be driven to the Khao sok village by owner - and during this little trip you will get numerous information about Thailand! :) Also - food in restaurant are delicious and not overpriced. If you want to, then hosts will organise you transport or tour. Great experience:)
We really liked our room and the view from our room. The architecture was incredible. It was such a unique stay and really had that jungle feel since we we had almost 360 degree views of the jungle. It was also extremely quiet and peaceful. The hotel staff was very sweet, they gave us a ton of recommendations and even helped us book a Khao Sok boat tour last minute. Highly recommend this place, it was one of our favorite stays in all of Thailand.
Comfiest beds that I've had in Thailand! Single bed layout seems a bit odd but it works well with the shelves in-between. Plenty of toilets and showers for the amount of people too! On the main road in Khao Sok which is useful for restaurants etc. Booked an overnight tour (would recommend!!) and all my transfers through the hostel too. Would definitely return.
