Our room was perfect for our stay with a little baby,in that the bed was in a separate room from the living space so we could put him to bed and stay up. Clean and spacious. The hotel staff are super friendly and professional.

10/10 - Easily one of my favorite hotels in CM. Every time I arrive in Chiang Mai, I stay here for the first few days/week when I know I want to cool place to rest away from the hustle and bustle.
Place is impeccably clean - rooms, common areas, pool. I have serious mold allergies, so I am serious about clean and dry accommodations. Staff is awesome and welcoming. Rooms are huge by my standards. Beds super comfy. Staying down an alley in what feels like a small compound gives so much privacy and easy vibes. High quality supermarket, 7-11, massage, pharmacy, all about a 4 minute walk.
My favorite motorbike rental spot - [Vanada Tour, 28 Charoenprathet Rd] is right across the river (say hi to Eddy and his pops - tell them Eli the American said to hook it up) - they're not on google they're so low key, but they're always willing to negotiate some great rates on a little 125 click.
*This time we had a pretty substantial flood in CM, knee-high water came right up to the hotel. They were so prepared they put up sand bags and with 2 feet of water right outside the facilities, we stayed completely dry. I forgot to buy rubber slip-on shoes so the owner gave a pair of his - and wouldn't accept any money for them. Just warm good hearted down to earth Thais - AND CLEAN!
*And make sure to let them know if you come after 0:00 because they don't have 24-hour receptionist so they have to pop out to check you in - which I don't mind because I don't have to say hi to someone if I'm coming back to my room at 5:00 in the morning ;)

Extremely friendly staff. The interior design of the room was nice. I enjoyed the swimming pool. The laundry service was good (but I recommend to use it only if you have enough time, you will get the clean clothes the next day by 6 PM).

The hotel is very well designed and the staff and atmosphere were cordial. We feel like it's the perfect little getaway situated right in the city center! The amenities made things very convenient for our stay (free unlimited water!!!, free fresh fruits!!!, good wifi, toiletries, etc.), and the breakfast options gave us the freedom to eat whatever we feel like (not to mention they're quite delicious). Although there was no parking on site, we were able to find street parking which wasn't much trouble at all. Just make sure you park on the correct side of the street designated on the street sign (even/odd dates). Overall, we'd definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Central festival Chiang Mai has almost 250 shops within an area of 250,000 square meters and there are 2 food courts. It is located in an an area surrounded by many other surrounding commercial spaces in Chiang Mai.
The architectural design of the building was done by Girimun Architects for Central Pattana. The building combines both indoor shopping and outdoor enjoyment. There are several curved contemporary atriums inside the shopping zones which was inspired by the surrounding rice paddy fields of the valley where the early “Lanna” - meaning “million terraces” – culture has prospered.
The shopping center has 5 levels of shopping, eating, entertainment, multiplex cinema and ice-skating rink and extends outwards through a system of canopy links that connect to event plazas and pavilions within landscaped gardens.
