The room was spacious and clean. The neighbourhood of the hotel is quiet. The employees were very customer friendlly. Mr Sun and also the rest of employees did a good job. I almost felt like at home. I enjoyed the roof top pool. Karon beach is reachable after a 15 minutes walk.

The property is beautiful decorated and the room is very comfortable. The room has everything you need. The location is about 17 minutes walk from the Patong beach which also means less noise. There is no lift but the staff helps with the luggage. I was in the fourth floor and helped bring my huge suitcase. 7/11 and eating stalls are nearby. I loved the place. It’s very good value for money .

Depending on your age and personality type it can turn into quite a vibe . I don’t personally enjoy being harassed at the level which we were with the night life and offering of drugs and ping pong . However with a group of friends travelling together it could be very entertaining

go early there is a great out door eating area apart from the bars that also do meals........ suggest you stick to the outdoor freshly cooked wonderful food though.......
So go early eat early then park up on a bar stool and watch the fun........ certainly leave the kids at the hotel this road can scare them it is load busy, pushy and the bright lights flash constantly I see children under 10 looking terrified in dads arms so leave them at the hotel baby sitters are cheap and the Walking Street is best after 10pm

Not much going on during the day but head up after 8 at...
Not much going on during the day but head up after 8 at night and see the buskers at work. Saw some amazing hip hop break dancers, a couple of great singers and a mime. Also if you’d like to see the ladyboys in all there get up then head up at night and for 100bhat you can get a photo with them. Lots of places do cheap beer 🍺 and cocktail 🍹 deals. Get a massage on the 🏖️ beach. Or just kick back in a lounge chair for a few bhat on the 🏝️ beach and watch the day go by.

If you are prudish then this is not for you. Bars bars and more bars with the locals attempting to pull you in to their place but always respectfully. The normal ladies / ladyboys giving you an invitation if you so wish but not offended when you say no thank you plus nice food bars for that time when you need to soak up the alcohol. Please note if you agree to buy a lady in a bar a drink it is double the price of your own. Hey you are on holiday and it's not so expensive 😎😎

The hotel is very well located - the beach is just on the opposite side, there are plenty of restaurants & massage parlours around, walking distance to Bangla Road, Jungcelon and the nearby markets. It was our second time at this hotel. If we come to Phuket again, we will definitely stay at this hotel because of its location.
There was a wide spread of food at breakfast time and the guys at the concierge were very helpful.
The hotel located in a very central location, in the Patong, right next to Bangla road. Although central, the hotel is in side street so it's very quiet, and you have no trouble sleeping at night. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily (if you ask so).
Thanks to the hotel, they upgrade our room from superior to deluxe for free as the upper level rooms were full at the time. Staff were helpful and kind. our new room has a bath tub and very clean, level 8 with balcony and good view and spacious.

The hotel is just a few meters from a 7/11 open non-stop, as well as a currency exchange. Restaurant 89 is less than 100 m away, good and cheap food. The beach is close, Bangla Road is close, the mall is within walking distance Everything you need is within walking distance

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. Walkable to Bangla Road and Patong beach.
Break fast was good.
Housekeeping always responded positively to our requirements.
I liked that the hotel was close to Patong Beach and Bangla Road, which seems to be the busiest place in Phuket. Plenty of restaurants, massage, and transport options. You can rent a bike just opposite of the hotel for 250 tbh for one day for small size and 350 for bigger size bike.
The location is fantastic, easy walk to the beach or Bangla road and loads of bars and restaurants. The apartment was really comfortable and the pool was fantastic. The staff are absolutely amazing and made us feel like we were part of the family. We are regular visitors to Phuket and would definitely stay here again.
Hotel it's good , staff friendly and good also the location of the hotel really good, the hotel 4 minutes far from bangla road and the patong beach because I was using subway to patong beach , otherwise the patong beach far little bit if you use bangla road or other ways to patong beach.
The view from our room was incredible, with nice views of the mountains, the city and even the coastline. The hotel location was also very convenient, 5 minutes walk from Bangla Road and 12 minutes from Patong beach.

Hotel offers a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to and from Patong Main Beach (Bangla Road).
Breakfast was very delicious and served hot and fresh.
