The main spa facilities and the staff were both excellent. Food options were good - typical buffet breakfast; an optional buffet style main evening meal, and optional bar snacks. Evening entertainment provided regularly.

The hotel is near one the town centre station which is useful, with a supermarket 30 meters away - it is a few minutes walk to the centre. The air-conditioning is very good - it was a relief to come back to the hotel in the hot weather. staff were very helpful, organising taxis and in one case a staff member even gave us a lift because he was going to our destination anyway

Room was great. Small kitchen with fridge freezer which was perfect as the weather was super hot. Great location just behind the square. Very helpful staff. Room very clean.
