Wonderful hotel all around, and great personel. Both ladies- at check in and at breakfast the next morning- have a wonderful personality, they made our stay joyful. Although we used the huge public parking the hotel has its own private secure parking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Zara in Smolnik, Slovakia, and it was an unparalleled luxury experience. From the moment we arrived…even before we arrived…Vratislav, our host, greeted my mother, my uncle, and me with incredible warmth and hospitality. He truly went out of his way to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Villa Zara, with its rich history as a former retreat for royalty, has been meticulously renovated to blend modern comforts with historical elegance. Vratislav was eager to share the property's many features, taking pride in showing us the stunning pool, lush grounds, relaxing spa, sophisticated theater room, well-stocked wine cellar, and the stylish bar and restaurant. The accommodations themselves are top-notch. Our rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, providing ultimate comfort with plush beds. The mini bars were fully stocked, and the luxury bath products added a touch of opulence. Don’t let anything hold you back from booking a stay at Villa Zara. My only regret is not being able to stay any longer. Having traveled extensively, I can honestly say that the level of personal service at Villa Zara surpasses even the most prestigious hotels worldwide. Discovering such a gem in Smolnik was an unexpected delight, and I look forward to returning, this time with friends to share in this extraordinary experience.
