We went there in March to hiking in the Low Tatras with our dog. The hotel is close to a beautiful lake, in a perfect, idyllic environment, and the stuff was really friendly and helpful, especially Tatiana. Our room was neat, cosy, and comfortable with a small balcony. The cuisine was great, we loved it as well as the sauna after our long and tiring trips. So I hope to come back in the summer. (I accidentally left my sunglasses in the room after we checked out, they informed me right away! :) )

Everything was fine! Really! Extra kind staff -waiteres, waitresses, receptionists - everybody! We have never met such a kind hotel staff!
The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, the wellness is well equipped. And we got cable car and aqua passes - which is great.

The Interior of hotel and its facilities were amazing. Location in the middle of the woods with spectacular views was breathtaking. Rooms are comfy and decorated with wood. Wellness is nicely decorated with variety of saunas with amazing views.

The food, hospitality and the location- excellent.
The apartment was exactly like photos. Very spatious, clean and well equipped kitchen. So close to Kosodrevina if you want to ski in Jasna and ypu have the possibility to ski in Ski Tale as well. Easy access at the accomodation.
Staff were super friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to give us a good service. The hotel was really homey and cozy and the rooms were super comfortable. We loved Edo and Emma the friendly hotel cats. Location was perfect 15 mins walk from the ski resort Ski Tale.
Breakfast and dinner were superb !
