The location was in walking distance to all of the important sites in Old Town - the castle, the UFO bridge, a shopping mall, the water front and the Castle Devin cruise dock. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a note that said if your pillows were not comfortable they would try to provide you with ones that were more to your preference. I thought the pillows were great, so I never had to change out the pillows. Ours were thick pillows. The location was rather quite for a weekend, which I liked. Highly recommend.

Perfectly clean apartment. You'll find everything you need. Great bathroom, and comfortable bed. There is Bratislava Castle (the main capital attraction) 300m from the apartment + the city centre is nearby. The hosts were super-responsive and helpful. We got the free parking slot included in the price.
Great value for money. The accommodation was amazing, really close to Bratislava Castle, with a lot of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself had all the facilities we needed. A great find for students or budget travellers.
The hotel was located close to the train station which was our requirement. It was about a 30 minute walk to the city center and Bratislava Castle. Rooms were comfortable, clean and very quiet despite being located on a major highway. The lobby is located on the back of the building. The full breakfast was amazing in the beautiful basement restaurant.
The room was very spacious and the bathroom was large, clean and functional. The shower worked well; the shower doors kept the water in the shower, not allowing it onto the bathroom floor.

it’s not a hostel, really is more like a hotel, super beautiful and you can definitely have some peace in there, it was clean, offered the best value during weekend I booked, bathrooms were shared but clean.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, with clean and comfortabble room, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was exceptional! Location more than good - in a quiet place, just 7 minutes on foot to the old town and at a 5 min distance to Bratislava castle. Plus, there is a public transportation stop right in front of the hotel.
I highly recommend Falkensteiner Hotel for both short and long stay, and I will definately choose it again for my next visit to beatuful Bratislava.
The location of the hotel is quite good, the attractions are not very far away (eg. Bratislava Castle is a 30-minute walk away). Our room had air conditioning. The room and the bathroom were clean.
The hotel is somewhat close to the central area and tourist attractions. From the hotel to the Bratislava Castle, 3 EURO a BOLT ride. Spacious and nicely furnished room, in the in-room refrigerator (in the closet) you will also find free products. In the bathroom, quality hygiene products (L'Occitane), and the shower water pressure is very high, using a shower head setting you can benefit from a massage. Breakfast included in the price, diverse and very tasty. Quiet room, ideal for rest / sleep.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is right outside of the main center, but very close to the Bratislava castle. Simple honest hostel!

There are two main castles: Bratislava Castle which was under renovation during my visit, but it is over a hill allowing you to have a perfect view of the city and the Danube
There are two main castles: Bratislava Castle which was under renovation during my visit, but it is over a hill allowing you to have a perfect view of the city and the Danube. The other is Devin Castle 10 Km North Bratislava and is accessible via bus or boat but I advise a boat to enjoy the beauty of the Danube.
