Refurbished old hotel with a stunning view, friendly staff and great breakfast. Even if it's located near the railroad tracks the train passes only in the daytime hours and is barely noticeable. In-house there is a fine dining Michelin approved restaurant. You can feel its influence in the breakfast dishes.

This may have been one of my favorite B&B experiences in my travel memory. The location was great, an easy walk to the restaurants/lake-side but a bit above the lake so it was quieter. Parking was easy, with a spot for every room so no need to fight for spots. Peter was efficient with check in and available for questions/recommendations. The rooms were impeccable and the decoration/furniture were beautiful. Our room had a little terrace that made for a perfect picnic, and they were kind enough to provide plates/utensils. There was a kettle with coffee/tea in the room, and a mini fridge to store some food. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh foods (pastries, fruits, yogurts, dried fruits, breads, veggies, cheeses) and eggs to order. Just sad we didn't have more time!

You cannot come to this part of the world without having lunch or dinner at this restaurant. Michelin star, very reasonable pricing, left us so happy. Only thing is that we wish we had this food closer to home. DELICIOUS
