The room was astonishingly good! My wife and I love warm rustic interiors and this room was trully next level! Possibly the best room we've ever slept in. Really charming and cosy with equally impressive bathroom. 10 out of 10 for the interior design.
The location is good as well - close to the lake, grocery store and bakery. In the room there's a TV, a small fridge, an electric tea pot and glass cups. The bed was very comfortable and the whole mini apartment felt really nice. I got tons of interior design ideas!
The staff was kind and helped us out when needed.

Great location. Staff were fantastic and all spoke superb english. We had the superior suite with lake view and was perfect for the 4 of us. Very clean and spacious room. This was one of the highlights of our 5 1/2 week stay in Europe and it didn't disappoint. Easy walk into town and around the lake. Was sorry that we didn't attend the special dinner during our stay.

Penzion Kaps was fantastic - a beautiful alpine style building, spacious room, great ensuite. The breakfast room was a delight - spacious and welcoming and the breakfast repast was excellent. Peter is a wonderful host - helpful and knowledgeable . We loved our stay there.
