We booked at the hotel for a 12 hour layover and it was an excellent choice over the booking a lounge at the airport. We arrived at 11 am and was allowed to check in early at no additional charge! Directly across from the hotel are restaurants, a WalMart'ish store & a mall! We booked a suite as there were 3 of us with a lot of luggage.
This was the perfect alternative to spending the day at Changi Airport. We were able to shower, rest, eat, shop without dragging our luggage around to prepare for a long flight home.

As long as head towards the right gate, the hotel is easy to find. The pool area was shockingly nice for being an airport hotel and I wish we spent more time at the hotel. We slept soundly for a few hours, then explored the airport in the 12 hrs we had reserved.
