Staff were very professional especially Govi of Room Servicing who went about his work quietly, efficiently and effectively always placing his room clients needs first. The pool was amazing. The room is bigger than others in the same range of price where I used to stay. Hotel room price is very expensive in Singapore. This hotel is considered middle range. It has simply nice design. (even no windows) It is clean. the bathroom is nice and big enough. staff hospitality. I feel safe in this hotel and this area. I will stay this hotel again my next trip.

Such an amazing stay. I was travelling alone and had a weekend in Singapore, so this apartment was perfect for me, and very good value for money. The location in the Chinatown neighbourhood was fantastic, and easy to walk to the dowtown area across the bridge. Also the team are very helpful with the communication. And the place is very clean and well looked after.
I would definitely like to stay again next time I'm visiting Singapore.
So convenient if you want to do a stopover in Singapore between flights (we did from Australia to the UK). The hotel is lovely and very comfortable. It has a nice pool facility and the onsite restaurant breakfast is very good. Easy enough to get a taxi into the city and you can visit the Jewel which is next door to the hotel.

Food, so good and they will still cater your dining even you have already checkout. You just have to inform them. Serving waiting time for ordered food is timely manner.

Bt the way, there is the airport gym, swimming pools open from 10am to 12noon - these amenities are just next to the hotel 👍
Hotel is located nearby the Merlion park and train stations, which is convenient for travelling. There're a lot of restaurants around but you should check business hour. Appreciate warm welcome by the host and quick check-in procedure to accommodate my late arrival. Will come back to the Hotel in my next trip to Singapore.
The location of the hotel is perfect, with a large shopping mall right next door and the MRT station conveniently close by. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options, including an omelet and noodle station. The pool was another highlight, providing a breathtaking view of Singapore. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Singapore.
Great location, it is really connivence to everywhere, there are two mrt station and one bus stop near the hostel. Also there are a lot of restaurant and market around the hostel.
Room, it is quite clear and has a big locker for each person.
Also include breakfast, the coffee is so good for me to get my soul back.
Staff are really nice to chat with you and give some advise for you.

The size of the rooms. And the location of the hotel, as its just next to MRT line. Being right at one end of Orchard road, its easy to access the main shopping of Singapore. As well to a lot of eateries.
The hotel allowed us to check in 2 hours before their usual rather late (3pm) check in time. They allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in and to use the foyer to refresh. The room was beautifully designed,
2 double beds which was one of the few in singapore to accommodate a family of 4 without the usual required 2 bedrooms at other hotels in an already expensive city
