Arrived 3am was given checkout at 1pm instead of 11am. I managed to get a lower price after an alertJust overnight to rest after a trip it was great. 2nd time stay . The room layout was great as usual, with small kitchenette area with attached drinking tap instead of water bottle it's quiet n cosy and adjacent to changi city point shopping mall just so convenient. It was called Capri by Fraser before .
