Super charming rooms and hotel, felt like we were in someone’s house which made it really cozy. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in, it was clean and tastefully decorated, and I love the homey touch of a real plant in the bedroom.

This family run hotel may not be 'grand' in the luxurious sense of the word but it certainly has opulent charm and authenticity. I particularly enjoyed the library, which doubles as breakfast hall, and is open to guests all day around for (free) coffee and tea. The hosts made me feel most welcome and made time for personal conversation.
