Great variation of good quality food was perfect, but necessity of booking exact breakfast time was inconvinient (despite breakfast booking time there was crowded at the restaurant).

What a charming hotel, there should be more of it! The staff were exceptional- warmly welcoming, helpful, cheerful and all individuals with their own personal charm. Makes such a difference upon arrival. The building itself is well cared for with upgrades that don't interfere with its age or character. The use of local art throughout gives a community and Scandinavian modern feel.
Breakfast is generous and they prepared various containers for me to help myself to a takeaway breakfast for early departure. The fresh cake each day at the tea station is an added bonus….these guys know their business and seem to genuinely enjoy sharing the history and family culture with their guests. Highly recommended!

12 min walk from central station this hotel was a fantastic price for us in Gothenburg.

The room was clean and a great size for 4 people.
Breakfast, which was included, was fantastic, as was the waffle machine that was also available not only at breakfast but also between 4pm and 9pm every day! This was great for a snack after a day out walking 😀

What I love most about this hotel is its location. It is beside the tram station, 2 grocery stores, a cinema, and good restaurants. Liseberg Theme Park and Gothia Towers are only a stop away.

Nice new hotel just 6 minutes by car from Liseberg park. Exceptional breakfast options and friendly staff. The games in the lobby kept the kids entertained, together with Lollo and Bernie. Affordable EV charging and parking available just next door in a nice new parking house. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms, despite full hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at Göteborg Hostel. The proximity to Liseberg is unmatched, the price pretty fair for being in it's location and pretty clean. The sound isolation is pretty good to. The self-check in process (which is after 16PM) was easy and we got no major complaints at all.
The beds are good (only downside is that they are a bit creaky but it's a minor inconvenience).
