The guards have a habit of being rude and don’t speak English nor do most of the volunteers.
Arrive early and in plenty of time to the fard prayers else expect to have access to main areas and be cramped into tight spaces fenced in by barriers. Take a bag for shoes too and a personal pray mat as the carpet is not always clean!

I was sooo disappointed with my visit last year.. they had u to book to see the profit Muhammad tomb through online app. The app showing fully booked for 2 weeks a head. I wasn't told this. I start beging every one to let us in since we travel from Australia and they were rude to us. The tourists who camw with big groups was only allowed since the organisers booked for them in advance, while we who came individually won't know about these rules. they can organise it to allow all people to go in in a small group as groups of turist or individuals with 15 min time instead of getting us struggled like this. I was so lucky that one of the organiser from Egypt saw my mum crying and offer us to join there group in secret. We were so appreciated and thank full. The guards didn't even check our names they just allowed the entire group to go in. Honestly very shameful system, very unpleasant method, unprofessional. They did this on purpose so people get upset and won't come back. Very shameful ppl.

The service and friendliness of the staffs was outstanding. Always wanting to help and do their best. Location wise is was very convenient and close to the Al-Masjid An-Nabawi.
Being in Madinah the location of the hotel is ideal so that you can easily walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi in a few minutes.
The breakfast menu was varied. The reception staff was very helpful and above an beyond to accommodate our last minute requiremts.
