It is one of the best family hotels in Jeddah. Mohamed, another member of the staff, was great.

As a solo woman. All went perfect. Clean. 5 min by walk from the Jeddah mall (which is convenient for dinner). The bed is comfy. All the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming !
