Everything was great! Very friendly and polite workers and receptionists.
The room was of a very good size, very comfortable beds and pillows.
We had a nice range of useful toiletries, including a toothbrush and shaving kit.
They offered a really nice breakfast selection, including a separate menu for freshly cooked eggs and sandwiches.
We were also offered bowls for food and water for our dog.
A huge park across the street came in handy for our morning and evening dog walks.

We were coming into Cluj on a night train and arrived around 7 am. Surprisingly, once the staff learned of this, they allowed us to check in right away instead of waiting until 3 pm. We were extremely grateful and happy they were so accommodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience!
