Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aina valmiita auttamaan. Kaikki paikat olivat siistit. Saunaosasto sekä viihtyisä pieni uima-allas oli bonusta matkalle, kun lasten kanssa oltiin reissussa. Spa oli tosi siisti ja ainakin nyt melko vähällä käytöllä. Lisävuode oli järjestetty erillisen toiveen mukaisesti kuntoon. Vuokra-autolle löytyi hotellin alta hallipaikka.
