The hotel is very well placed near city center and markets (Kaufland, Penny, Mega Image). It takes a few minutes to reach Liberty square or Unity square by foot. It is also near the tram station if needed. The hotel is also a very good advocate for waste reduction and raising awareness of human impact on the environment.
Or room was enough for 2 people, was clean, with AC(very important in summer) and we had a view upon the parking area. We also had the breakfast included and it was a varied buffet with delicious dishes.
