The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The Location is also very good because you are pretty close to everything only 30 minutes walk by foot to Uniri square and 10 minutes walk to Iulius Town , supermarkets are also nearby. The host is friendly, receptive and always there to help you if you need something. So I only can recommend this place if you panning to visit Timisoara
My daughter and I stayed at Rezidenta Obligado for three nights, and it was an excellent choice. The location is fantastic, as it’s very close to Amazonia Aquapark, which my daughter absolutely loved, and also near Iulius Town, a shopping mall with a stunning garden and an artificial lake—perfect for an evening stroll. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and made check-in easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Timișoara!

It's a place close to Iulius town with nice, spacious rooms. The communication with the staff is east even after reception hours are over, you can do a self check in if your arrival is at an odd hour. It's quite clean
The appartment was so nice and cozy. The design was perfect and it made me feel like home. Also the position was super good, right across Iulius Town. Also there was a supermarket right near the entrance.
