The breakfast was frankly amazing. Beautiful tiny crafted cakes that ere delicious alongside very high quality meats cheeses and quiche and salad. Orange juice tasted and looked like it had been freshly squeezed. Really impressed. Apart from that the staff seemed to know my name without looking it up and were super friendly professional and courteous. They exuded a pride in their establishment and rightly so. Thank you for helping to make our stay in Lisbon so memorable for us

The location is quite good, 15-20 mins walking from the Rossio train station (direct trains to Sintra), 20 mins by metro from Santa Apolonia station and 40 mins by metro from Oriente station. The room was quite spacious, had everything necessary. The kitchen was pretty big (closed 7:45-8:15am for cleaning) and there was a coffee/chocolate machine that could be used for free in the morning. It was possible to store the luggage free of charge after the cheak out.
The location is so great in the center town very close to the Rossio train station and serves very convenient public transportation access to the major sightseeing spots. The staffs at the reception desk are so kind and hospitable.
The location was excellent, I can't recommend it enough. Just a short walk from the action but on a quiet street. Easy to access from metro blue line or Rossio train station. It's a flat walk to the hotel (which, if you're dragging bags, is a bonus!) The staff could not be more helpful, from excellent restaurant recommendations to even calling a train station for us to help locate a missing phone. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Would really recommend.
Great location, only 2 mins to Rossio train station, metro and furnicular, and all the major sqaures. We're on the 4th floor, so it is quiet from the busy street below lined with restaurants and cafes. The lounge and bedroom are separate, which means the place is spacious. A big plus with easy to use air-conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen but we only use kettle and fridge. Balcony has some view of the city.
Perfectly located near Rossio Train Station and close to the squares: Rossio and da Figueira. Also two Metro stations very close to the hotel. A few minutes away from Rua Augusta which leads to Praca do Commercio. However what tops it all is the staff. Extremely helpful and they go out of their way to assist. Of particular note was the sterling support given by reception Penelope. Undoubtedly an asset to the hotel. Hotel was very clean.
