From our first entry, Joao was really helpful and informative. He clearly loves Porto.
All the staff were friendly, smiling, and great with English conversations.

We also chose BFresh because of value. It is 3km from main town attractions but we saved €000s, if you could find a nearer, comparable hotel. The Uber service is comprehensive and cheap. With each trip (average €5.5) we were dropped exactly where we needed to be.

The room is in the middle of Nowhere. There was supposed to be a restaurant for breakfast. It was closed and there was nowhere to get drinks nearby. There was NO FRIDGE in the room. I complained - the once friendly became stroppy. All in all a very expensive MISTAKE. Booking.com did absolutely NOTHING to help.
