The staff are all amazing, so friendly and helpful. A special acknowledgment to the doormen - especially the black gentleman who was one of the most courteous and polite people we’ve ever met. The door men really went out of their way to help with bags and also suggested places to visit etc.
The pool is great size and we managed to get a lounger both times we visited - once in morning and once in tbt afternoon
Breakfast is great and there are plenty of choices

Can easily get to all places of interest from the hotel - it’s around 15-20 minute walk to the centre but there are lots of shops/restaurants/bars within 5-10 minutes walk. Ubers are very cheap so if you don’t want to walk then it’s easy to grab an Uber or the doormen can order you a local taxi too!
If we ever visit Lisbon again this would be our first choice hotel :)

Central location with many tourist sites within walking distance. Character property with large windows looking onto a street location but not noise. Friendly staff and great roof top bar, views great and spa facilities a really good add on to the stay. Beautifully styled and a lovely welcoming feel to the hotel.

Well appointed hotel with all the amenities you would want in a good location in the financial district. Nice walk to Commercial Square which is predominantly downhill but could be a little more challenging after a day sight seeing.

Amazing.
Amazing. We only discovered it by chance when out for a walk one evening and thought we'd go back for an hour or so on the day it was forecast to rain.
We were virtually cavity searched at the entrance which confused us (and most of the other tourists) because we didn't realise that the museum holds a lot of the old royal crowns, jewellery and ceremonial dress from way back when. Who'd have guessed from the outside - we certainly didn't.
