We were only a 5 min walk to the strip and 25 minutes to the old town but there was loads of different types of transport to get around, ie tuc tuc, the little yellow train, Uber and the local taxis were really fast and reliable. We had never been to Portugal before and wasn’t really sure what to expect our accommodation was the perfect start. I will stay here again.

The location was excellent with a great beach filled with plenty of (pricey) sunbeds and umbrellas just down from the resort. The pools and access to sunbeds were great. Evening entertainment was great for kids up to around 10pm but not much for teenagers so we mostly used the free shuttle bus/taxi to head into Albufiera.
Everywhere in the resort was spotless and the gardens were very well tended. Parking for the hire car was free and sufficient to ensure no problems when returning late.
All the staff were great and the rooms were kept cleaned and serviced every day.

Nice "little" ridge to sunbathe away from all at tip of complex.
When tide is out , you can just take a long stroll along the beaches over rocks to "old" town.
Home from home, but warm & sunny most of year.

booked apartment 752 as we have been doing for years.The day before we arrived, we were told that we cant have that apartment due to renovation works. We were allocated one on level 8 in D block number v838. This apartment has no lift. We had to get the lift to the flour above carry our luggage down a level and then back up to a different level. Me being disabled this done my back in and ruined the holiday. In addition, when it rains the long hallway floods and your shoes get soaked going through it. NEVER again!

From the start John the host was fantastic, from early check-in, property tour & recommendations. Superb terrace area with outstanding views. You couldn't find a more central location, set just at the start of the strip and 2 mins to the beautiful Oura beach. John also allowed me a late check out which was extremely helpful. Very good internet also as I was working from my laptop while there.
Spacious comfortable clean apartment for the whole family.
Equipped kitchen, washing mashine, etc.
Good location when it comes to restaurants or groceries, good parking options.
Just 1/2 hour to the Oura beach by foot.
