The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location in Principal Real is great. A little bit out of the more touristy/over crowded areas which gave it a more authentic feel. The rooftop bar was a major plus!

From the moment we entered, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Very patient, polite and friendly with our boys (5 and 8 year olds) and very helpful to my wife and me. The location was very convenient if you want to enjoy this part of Lisbon. Also the rooms were super clean, tidy and spacious too. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

We liked the location and that we could walk to the LX Factory. It was nice to be among the locals and not in a complete tourist area. transportation was close by and many food market shops.
