Martha and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend and I with an unforgettable experience at Hotel Jaguar Oporto. I would highly recommend this hotel for the highest excellence in customer service. The staff were welcoming throughout the check-in process with a welcome drink and assisting with information about Porto and our excursions. Martha went above and beyond to accommodate us with a meal as we checked in when the restaurant was closed. However, the chef was on site and made the most delicious mouth watering Francesinha. 😋 The rooms were five star all the way with details in bed linens, furniture, curtains and fixtures, which set the ambiance for a most restful stay. Yes, it goes without saying the rooms were clean and disinfecting stickers throughout the bathroom were an added touch, to the high standards of hygiene, which I have not seen on my travels to more than 20 countries. The free shuttle to the airport at the end of our stay provided peace of mind and was one of the main reasons we booked Hotel Jaguar Oporto. The room was very nice, everything in excellent condition and super well decorated. I loved the lounge area, it was the perfect place to work, and I was not the only person, which was quite nice, plus the decoration and brightness of the space I loved. The whole hotel is decorated with illustrations by a Portuguese artist, the paintings were so beautiful that I looked him up on the internet to find out more about him. The quality breakfast, with delicious homemade bread and coffee made at the time with different options of milk, fresh orange juice and a supplement if you want eggs. The gym facilities are very complete, many machines and weights of different types. Something that I found wonderful was the staff, very friendly and attentive, it was something remarkable. An experience to repeat, despite having been there for work.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Super clean, modern yet very cosy rooms which we really enjoyed. Great vibe to the hotel all together and we really loved the location. Sadly, the weather wasn't good enough to try out the rooftop bar.

Wonderful breakfast. No extragavancia, but good healthy breakfast. Friendly personnel. Clean and quiet.
