This 17th century house has its own unique charm. With its wooden floors and decorations, quiet and pleasant backyard. An old lady who, despite speaking only Portuguese, is helpful and very kind.
Nice breakfast.
This property is located right beside the Guarda Cathedral, so it's minutes away from everything in the downtown area. It's a beautiful, historic manor house with lovely old furniture and a friendly, welcoming hostess. My room, which looked out onto a quiet and private garden, was comfortable and warm even without the heating on (in late October). The bed was lovely and I had a modern, pristine bathroom. The breakfast included a nice variety of cheeses, meats, breads, jams, etc.
