I stayed here following surgery and received excellent care from the staff, who were extremely efficient and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious options. My room was very quiet, and I had a lovely view of a lemon tree outside my window.
The private enclosure and garden added both a sense of security and a refreshing touch of greenery, making the atmosphere much more pleasant than facing the street. All the staff were kind and eager to help, but I want to give a special thank you to Joanne, who went above and beyond, regularly checking on my well-being.
I will definitely return, as I truly felt at home. My deepest thanks to everyone!

There was a nice variety of food for breakfast. We also liked the fact that the location was within walking distance to Avenida da Liberdade and Parque Eduardo VII. I mustn’t forget to mention the staff! Everyone we met were so friendly, helpful and very welcoming!

Everyone was very welcoming, and the ambiance, especially at the rooftop bar, amazing. Great way to enjoy the views over the river in Lisbon, and very well-situated to walk to most of the old town areas one wants to visit. We even signed up for a walking tour with one of the staff which was alot of fun and added to the positive experience. We'll definitely stay there next time we have the chance to go to Lisbon!

The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was fabulous. Great night sleep in comfortable beds. A full hot and cold breakfast. There is plenty of choice, even a sneaky sparkling wine for breakfast. The area was great in walking distance to the bus and metro for easy access to the centre and attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel! It’s very central, we walked everywhere. The room was a good size and very quiet, there was no noise at night. The shower was great too, with a strong flow of hot water. The bathroom cosmetics were of high quality and smelled amazing. The breakfast was delicious; there were plenty of options and the food quality was also excellent. For example, the ham was delicious, and you could tell because it ran out quickly. There were also eggs, vegetables, all kinds of desserts... The breakfast room was very pleasant too, very calm and beautiful. But the best part was the hotel staff, who were super friendly and kind. I hope they are paid a decent salary for their work.
