Great staff! Paolo. Bruno, Ana, Viv and all the reception staff were all great. Breakfast is a major part of the experience that makes it feel luxurious. Large bed with great view of the ocean. The cleaning staff checked in often to see if we needed towels or anything else. Walking distance to a few places, but we had a car which I felt was necessary to really explore.

Excellent location, amenities and hosts. The full apartment was clean comfortable, spacious, and had good amenities. Our hosts were personable, helpful and warm. The location is just a few blocks from restaurants, groceries and Carvoeiro beach. The furnishings were homey and comfortable. It's not really a negative, but is worth noting that the unit we stayed in was on the second floor, up flight of stairs.
The location is perfect. Just 1 minute walk from Carvoeiro beach. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. There is a pool onsite. Ligia was super helpful with information and along with Carla keep that guesthouse spotless. It also has a full kitchen if you need to cook meals.

Location was excellent. We were able to walk to the Carvoeiro Beach and enjoy the little town. Pools were very nice. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the pool outside our duplex. Great little playground for our 1 year old granddaughter. Dining room staff customer service was above excellent.
My family and I spent a night at Villa Welwitshia. Beautiful location minutes away from Carvoeiro beach and the famous Algar Seco, lots of restaurants and sightseeings.
The staff was very welcoming. The only thing is I wish I spent at least another night.
Great location. Short walk to Carvoeiro Beach and to center of town. View from our balcony of the beach and cliffs was so pretty. Cátia had many good recommendations for restaurants and other activities
The best part was the location! it was a few steps from Carvoeiro beach and restaurants. It was spacious with a living area, bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen. there was a washer but no dryer like most European facilities. There was a clothesline for hanging. Hosts were responsive.
Amazing deal! Villa Welwitshia is incredibly clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is also wonderful - a short walk to many great restaurants, Carvoeiro Beach, and Algar Seco which is absolutely beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean, the free breakfast was nice, and the staff was incredibly accommodating to let us check out late as well.
