The hotel was centrally located in the Old Town part of Lisbon. The staff were wonderful and helped me during our stay to arrange train tickets, recommend areas outside of the Old Town to visit and told me how to get to other areas. The food was also delicious in the hotel restaurant.

I would like to recommend the Hotel Pessoa Lisbon for several reasons including: location , amenities, comfortable beds and the hospitable staff. A stand out is Yasoja. He is genuine and remembers all of the guests! He is willing to help in anyway possible from the first greeting, helping with bags and check in. He never misses an opportunity to address the guests. The rooftop is beautiful, spa is cozy and relaxing and the complimentary mini bar is so convenient. Small hotel with so much to offer. I highly recommend Hotel Pessoa for your visit to Lisbon!

I had a great stay.
It was my second reservation within one week.
I was greeted as a regular guest with a room upgrade to a Suite with a view of the Castle and received special amenities.
The staff was incredible during my both stays.

There is a lot to like about Rossio Plaza Hotel. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady did an outstanding job with my room every day.
The location is around the corner from 2 main plazas as well as the Santa Justa Lift. Lots of stores are restaurants nearby. Hotel has an elevator.
Bed was comfy with 2 nice pillows. Shower was incredible with wonderful water pressure.
