Salt mining is a long−standing industry in Poland and this mine has been in existence for over 10 generations. Each year it's visited by over 10 million tourists. The site is so treasured, it's made its way onto UNESCO's World Heritage Site list and it gives an insight into the day-to-day life of miners.
