Excellent place for family. Swimming pool, Spa & sauna was splendid. My 3 year old daughter enjoyed jacuzzi although kids pool was bit deep for her. My wife had a relaxed and beautiful massage @ Moon. Huge thanks to the lady's effort who did the massage for continuous 2 hours. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of items to chose.

An amazing hotel that exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing - you arrive to Krakow by train and PURO is like 1-2 min walking from the Central Station. We were lucky to get upgraded from the standard to deluxe room and it was great - panoramic windows, corner room, comfortable bed, sparkling clean. We also really appreciated all the products provided by the hotel, including iron and iron board provided by request. It was also nice to be able to control everything in the room from the tablet. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We didn’t try breakfast as we decided to try as many recommendations of the hotel as possible and they were all great. We will definitely be back.
