I think they’ve installed ACs since the last year, which makes sense as summer temperatures rise, what also affects Poland. I don’t remember needing it last year, but this August I had to use it twice during my five-days stay.

I stayed here for only 1 night. Had a single room no. 223. Neat hotel. Friendly staff. Pleasantly decorated room. Correct price/quality. Had asked for room service because had to work. Was no problem and it was there quickly. I have to go back to Krakow soon and I will book this hotel again.
