The hotel was comfortable and clean and very well located in the historic Kazimierz neighborhood. The staff was friendly and spoke great English. There was also free coffee and tea available in the lobby every day. The hotel was very close to trams and to a train station where we could get a train to the airport and to the Salt Mine.

Everyone was so helpful. The language was not a problem. Julia helped arrange a driver to and from all of our destinations as well as entrance tickets via emails. The mini bar had complementary soft drinks each day. The rooftop jacuzzi was so relaxing 😌

We loved it! This is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous area right in the Jewish quarter. There are many restaurants around this area. Hamsa being our favorite (and the place next door) The hotel service was exceptional and we can't wait to visit again....which we will!
