During my first stay, I booked four rooms under different names for myself, my friends, and family members. The cleaning staff regularly visited my room and my family's room, but we had to call the floor manager three to four times to address issues in my friends' rooms.
Out of all the rooms, two needed special arrangements, and throughout this process, Mr Waqas played a supportive role, going out of his way to assist us efficiently, while the majority of the other staff members left much to be desired in their behavior.
The reception staff at night behaved as if they were operating a 2-3-star hotel rather than a 5-star establishment. They wasted time and somewhat humiliated my family during check-in by insisting on obtaining permission from the person who made the payment that is me, even though the booking was under someone else's name and card keys had already been issued. The breakfast situation was particularly disappointing and definitely needs improvement.
Upon checkout, Rizwan approached us, but we had already checked out by that time. The hotel's location is excellent, but some staff members at the reception do not handle clients well. However, dining in the room offers a much better quality of food compared to the breakfast.
I hope I won't have to face these issues during my next stay.

Excellent location, KFC at walking distance, A food street at KhiaBan e Firdausi, Emporium Mall nearby, where shopping and food court is available, Carrefour and Alfatah Shopping super markets nearby, ATM cash machine at 50 feet away, Two Desi Kiosk and Desi burger shop next door Neighbours, photocopy shop nearby, Expo trade center nearby, a big construction material market nearby, two good banquet marriage halls nearby, etc.
Everything was fantastic as usual. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast menu offered an excellent and authentic desi taste. The front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptionally polite and well-behaved, especially Waqas at the front desk, and Aqeel, Zainab, and Adnan in housekeeping. Thanks to all of them. Last but not least, the direct access to Emporium Mall is a significant advantage when staying at Nishat Johar Town.
I recently stayed here and was impressed by the spacious rooms with modern amenities. The flat-screen TV and cozy seating area made it feel like home. Plus, the location is ideal for exploring Lahore, with Emporium Mall just a short drive away
Although my stay was for 1 day, but it's enough to see hospitality, all employees were very cooperative. Masjid was very near. Daewoo Thokar was very near that's why I select, luckily i found big emporium Mall and more importantly places like Minare Pakistan and Badshahi Mosque was also near. Washrooms and Rooms were very clean. AC was chill.
Very elegant hotel with amazing service. Almost all staff knew who we were and talked to us about our stay. Rooms are very spacious with large ceilings. Hotel is connected to the Emporium mall, which is one of the best malls in the city.
People at the desk are comfortable in communication and well mannered.
Support staff is supportive, but there is still room for improvement.
There is a separate shared kitchen outside room operative for microwave and washing dishes, so it is quite handy.
The location is good, and Careem/tuktuk is easily accessible. Emporium Mall is very near.
The hotel is situated in a prime location close to major attractions like Emporium Mall & Expo Center, the hotel offered comfortable and clean accommodation with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The facilities, including Room Service and leisure activities added to the overall enjoyment. Considering the quality of service and amenities provided, the hotel offered great value for money.
I like 2 things about this property
Firstly it is in the middle of the city , right across the emporium mall and in the major commercial area meaning there were plenty of eateries and other options available,
Secondly it is a private apartment, meaning you have the whole 1BHK apartment for yourself
