This property exceeded our expectations. It is well-organized, well-located, and impeccably clean. The staff members are very polite and attentive to any needs. Our room was spotless every day—special thanks to Miriam for her excellent work.
The hotel is easily accessible for all tour pick-ups, and you can walk to the city center. They also offer convenient airport transfers every hour. During our stay in Cusco, many tours started very early in the morning. This property offers a partial breakfast from 3 am, which was very convenient for a quick bite before leaving. We spoke with other travelers who didn't have this option at their hotels.

You are greeted as soon as you walk in and the personal attention continues throughout your stay. Once checked in they have hot cocoa tea for you to relax in the beautiful courtyard. After a long day you come back to your room to see hot tea waiting for you and bed warmers set up for an amazing sleep. Loved loved this hotel and would highly recommend!❤️

The hotel is located close to the Plaza de Armas (15 mins walk), the rooms are comfortable with heat at night and extra blankets, and the breakfast is wonderful! (Lots of fruits, juice, vegetables, bread, eggs, etc). Manager was very friendly!

Location, the hotel is located about 10 minutes from the main square and very close to the San Pedro Train Station which is about 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was not bad, they serve eggs, fruits, juice, and variety of breads.
Owner Family are really nice with good team work, they care customer a lot and also very helpful. Easy to contact by WhatsApp, they arrange taxi pick up and drop off in the airport with a reasonable price (compare to Uber). They also prepare breakfast in the bag if you go out earlier. Shower is great with good water pressure and enough hot water 24 hours. Very close to supermarket, local market, and San Pedro train station. Overall, it’s a really good choice!
Marina's House staff was amazing. Our host and staff took great care of me and my family group which made our experience unforgettable! The location is great' It's located a few minutes walk from the San Pedro Train Station, and close to Cusco's main tourist attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and Marina's house was very attentive to our requests and needs.
Great value. Located several blocks from Plaza De Armas and two blocks from the San Pedro train station where we had to be the next morning. It's super clean and cute inside and service was great. Hot tea in the main lobby area available at all times.
The location was very convenient. Just a couple blocks away from the main plaza. Also about 5-10min walk away from the San Pedro train station. The staff were incredibly nice and checked in with us every morning to make sure we were not experiencing any symptoms of altitude sickness.
