Great location right on the main plaza of the town making everything walking distance from the hotel. Has elevators which makes carrying your items very easy. Staff is very helpful in arranging tours and taxis. Breakfast served in the morning.

I arrived there on New Year’s Eve, so it was really noisy the first night, but that is to be expected. This place costs about 1/10rh of the price I pay at most other places, so I considered it a real bargain. They even provide free breakfast if you get up early enough.

I loved the view of the lake and the room was comfortable. Hot water, very reliable wifi for working, anything you need for a decent stay was in the room. The people tending to the hotel/accommodation were always nice and quick to answer any query or issue. There's a small shop downstairs with everyday items. It's also very central - maybe 2-3 min from plaza de armas and a 20-25 min walk to the harbour.
Wonderful location. Very close to Plaza de Armas, yet a little tucked away, so the noise level wasn't too crazy.
Incredibly wonderful and accomodating owner. Every silly request I had he and his son helped me out with. Because I was sick while staying at the hotel, he brought me hot water and tea to my room every day so I didn't have to walk up to the fourth floor. ❤️

The room was very spacious and comfortable and the hotel is very close to the Plaza de Armas. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. When we went to Amantaní and Luquina, we left our luggage there for two nights and they didn't charge us anything. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would also recommend spending a night or two in Luquina Chico, which is one hour away.
The property was as advertised. My room was quiet and clean. the bed was new and comfortable. The staff was amazing and very professional. It was only about a minute walk to the Plaza de Armas and the place just seemed very relaxed. Breakfast was from 6 am to 8 am which for me was perfect as I like early morning coffee. most tours begin pickup at the hotel around 7 am, so you were able to have a good breakfast before exploring. I would definitely stay there again. Beautiful people and nice, clean hotel for the money!
Good hotel to stay a couple of nights in Puno.
Cheap price for the quality and quietness.
Close to the main streets and to Plaza de Armas. The hotel was good, breakfast too. The check-in was easy to do and since we stayed 1 night on the nearby Islands, they have gladly saved our bags for free during 1 day and a half, until our return.
Really recommended hotel.
The location is perfect, right on the pedestrian only Plaza de Armas. The hotel staff were very warm and helpful. Juan in the restaurant and Angela at the front desk are the best. The artwork on each floor adds to the experience. For us it was a pleasure to stay there.
