Excellent cool space. Close to Cafe Haiti for "the best" outdoor seating PLUS , A-1 Cafe con Leche. Manolo's, which is a popular restaurant, is 2 blocks up on Calle Larco and has a delicious Torta Espagnol. AND for the Thrifty Shopper, La Quinta, is 2 blocks up on Calle Larco on the left.

Having visited Peru with the Peace Corps, this was a logical stop. Cats roam the park and they are cared for by a local group. Some are friendly and allow petting, some are aloof. There was an art show there and we wandered through looking at local art and there was a local food show nearby. The park is a pretty, shaded and peaceful place to enjoy an ice cream and conversation.
Hotel has an amazing location, minutes away from Kennedy park in one direction, and the ocean boardwalk from the other side. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff were always friendly and nice. Breakfast was quite good with big variety. The best touch for us was the pool - just watch for the sun - it is a killer
The location was hands-down fantastic, with both Larcomar and Kennedy Park easily accessible by walking. There is a bus that goes to the historic center with stops very near-by the hotel. The property is lovely, and the breakfast was good. The beds/pillows were very comfortable, and the room was large with a lot of light. Water pressure and temperature were very good.
Great boutique hotel, Nylton, from reception was really helpful with my questions before the trip through whatsapp. The location is good, between the beach-side (Locamar) and Kennedy park. Our room (family room) was spacious and good value.

The hotel was on a nice quiet street but was only a 3 minute walk to the Kennedy Park where all the action is. The location is perfect. The rooms are large, quiet and well kept. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast wasn't amazing but was pretty good. Eggs were made to order and were cooked perfectly. I would think that anyone booking this hotel should be very satisfied unless you are a hotel snob.
It's the perfect hostel for people starting their Peru trip. A lot of nice people looking to meet new travellers, fun parties and good food. All the staff were really nice and helpful, I remember Ricardo and Sheila who were extremely helpful and super nice! The location is also great right near Kennedy Park.
The apartment is comfortable and maintains its infrastructure, it had heating equipment, very suitable for the winter and the strong cold that was unleashed in Lima. It is in the center of Miraflores, close to the main banks, restaurants with good Peruvian food, many shops and businesses, and security above all is efficient, the proximity to Kennedy Park is very conducive to walking or running, and the Virgen Milagrosa church, which is very popular with Miraflores residents.
Great hotel with convenient location in Miraflores. Kennedy park is probably a 10 minute walk. There are couple of great restaurants less than a block from the hotel (Punto Azul, Mantra). Mercado San martin and Miado also also a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel breakfast was one of the best we've had in Peru.
Paola, with whom I booked my reservation, was absolutely wonderful. We stayed five nights before our Gate 1 trip and five nights after our Gate 1 tour. Paola, the food and bar manager (his name slips my mind), and Juan in the restaurant are truly assets to this hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal for a tourist wanting to stay in Miraflores. Close to the Inca Market, Kennedy Park, restaurants, etc. Without a doubt we will stay in this hotel when returning to Lima.
