The location was central in Miraflores, close to Kennedy Park and many walkable shopping and restaurants nearby. The pool is pretty small with 10 people max and the gym had two treadmill, weights and some other cardio machines. We did not try the breakfast (there was an offer of paying for breakfast at $10 per person once we checked in) but it looked like a fairly standard breakfast.

Lots of space in the room and places where you can put your bags/clothes/things and there were enough places to hang things (towels, etc) which I’ve learned not all places have so I’ve come to appreciate it!

Excellent cool space. Close to Cafe Haiti for "the best" outdoor seating PLUS , A-1 Cafe con Leche. Manolo's, which is a popular restaurant, is 2 blocks up on Calle Larco and has a delicious Torta Espagnol. AND for the Thrifty Shopper, La Quinta, is 2 blocks up on Calle Larco on the left.

Having visited Peru with the Peace Corps, this was a logical stop. Cats roam the park and they are cared for by a local group. Some are friendly and allow petting, some are aloof. There was an art show there and we wandered through looking at local art and there was a local food show nearby. The park is a pretty, shaded and peaceful place to enjoy an ice cream and conversation.

It's the perfect hostel for people starting their Peru trip. A lot of nice people looking to meet new travellers, fun parties and good food. All the staff were really nice and helpful, I remember Ricardo and Sheila who were extremely helpful and super nice! The location is also great right near Kennedy Park.
Great apartment near all the good places in Miraflores. We were a big group with adults, teens and toddlers and we were really comfortable. The place is near Kennedy park, restaurants and bars.
The apartment is comfortable and maintains its infrastructure, it had heating equipment, very suitable for the winter and the strong cold that was unleashed in Lima. It is in the center of Miraflores, close to the main banks, restaurants with good Peruvian food, many shops and businesses, and security above all is efficient, the proximity to Kennedy Park is very conducive to walking or running, and the Virgen Milagrosa church, which is very popular with Miraflores residents.
Conveniently located steps away from Kennedy Park, restaurants and shopping at safe Miraflores. The hotel is clean and beautiful and the staff super accommodating. Management was proactive after a tiny issue we had the first night. I would recommend to anybody and we will be back! Thank you!
Great hotel with convenient location in Miraflores. Kennedy park is probably a 10 minute walk. There are couple of great restaurants less than a block from the hotel (Punto Azul, Mantra). Mercado San martin and Miado also also a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel breakfast was one of the best we've had in Peru.
Paola, with whom I booked my reservation, was absolutely wonderful. We stayed five nights before our Gate 1 trip and five nights after our Gate 1 tour. Paola, the food and bar manager (his name slips my mind), and Juan in the restaurant are truly assets to this hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal for a tourist wanting to stay in Miraflores. Close to the Inca Market, Kennedy Park, restaurants, etc. Without a doubt we will stay in this hotel when returning to Lima.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE The Flying Dog Hostel in Lima! My room was great with Netflix and YouTube and the ONLY really consistent hot shower during my entire 2-month stay in Peru. But most importantly, the staff were really kind to my dog and I felt like they enjoyed having him around. The location can't be beat - right in the center of Kennedy Park within easy walking distance of all the great spots in Lima. The neighbourhood is super safe with local tourist police patroling the area 24/7.
Great location, clean and inviting hotel/hostel. All rooms private with private bath. Several restaurants along the same road as the hotel as well as in walking distance to the beach and Kennedy Park. Breakfast was substantial with fresh eggs, fruit, yogurt, coffee and bread. Highly recommend!
The house was fairly centrally located in Miraflores, such that you were only a 10-minute walk from Kennedy Park and 20 minutes or so from viewpoints.
Property-owner (this is more akin to an Airbnb than a hotel or hostel) was very responsive and attentive to our housing needs, trying to be available when we were checking in even when dealing with personal matters.
The location is perfect. Miraflores is a very nice Lima district, everything needed for life is in walking distance, 5-10 minutes - grocery stores (big and small), shopping mall, Kennedy park with restaurants, oceanfront, etc. The apartment building has underground garage. Concierges are nice to talk to if you speak Spanish. The host is responsive.
