Terra Premium appeared to be a new hotel. It is located about 10 minutes from the Central Park (Plaza de Armas).
There were only two drawbacks: the bathroom and shower area were small (my husband is 6ft+) and there was no fan (the weather was warm and the room got a little stuffy. We opened the window, but that allowed all the traffic noise in!)
The staff was wonderful and the service great.

I can't say they cancelled and didn't want to help they just didn't care to leave in the street that night it was after 12 pm I was lucky to find a hostel Libertad that i rang the bell late that night and they took care of me rented me a room Hostal Libertad highly recommend it
