Joel was in good communication and picked us up at the dock late at night. We are a family with daughters age 15, 13, and 9. My daughters thought the place was beautiful and magical. We were very comfortable in the space. At night, Joel surprised us with warm bottles to keep our feet warm in our bed! The house is situated perfectly to watch the sun set. We enjoyed the wonderful meals that were made (extra money). Joel arranged our excursion to Taquile island which provided a nice day activity.

Great little spot by the bus station. SUPER clean and comfortable, with a very friendly staff. Olek worked extremely hard to help make my stay the best it could be and it was a great experience all around. I would absolutely return!
It was very affordable for a single private room with attached bath. Not too far from the main bus station by walk however, about 15mins walk to the old town. The downside to me is the room that i have got has no natural sunlight and window is next to the walking corridor which cant be opened. Plus point is the owner is friendly and recommended places of interest!
The owner is a great guy. He works hard to keep the place clean and functioning well. I saw him clean the stairs while I was there.
The shared bathroom have nice hot water, great after a 2 day trip around Lake titicaca.

Staff were very attentive. Basic rooms. Great value for money and super close to bus station especially if you arrive late. 15mins to centre .5 mins to lake. Really just ideal for a few nights in Puno .head to centre for food. Tulipans restaurant was our favourite

the location is perfect, the room is gracious and facilities is good, hot shower, delicious meals, heating devices inside room, beautiful balcony and lake view… Also Cesar took us to his community and explained how their people make living on the island, it’s interesting. we arrived at early morning by bus, Cesar had taxi pickup us from bus station right away and transferred us to his beautiful home with no extra charge, the last day he arranged taxi to Puno airport based on our schedule, thank you, Cesar and Lucy.
