Was all fresh and modern (we had one of the exterior rooms)- large room with 2 double beds, nice bathroom, parking right outside the room. Walking distance to the shops, and supermarket right across the road.

Big sized room, clean and comfortable, the pool was great, small pool was great for my baby. The lady receptionist was lovely and very chill upon check out.

Rydges Rotorua was a great place to stay. Rydges accommodation is always excellent and comfortable and this hotel is in a great location for visits to the thermal wonderlands close by. Parking was available and did not cost however, we were unable to get a park within the grounds of the Rydges so had to park out on the street, due to a full car park.

The room size was huge and the entrance was lovely.
The Distinction Hotel in Rotorua is only 500 metres from to the famous Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve. This 4-star hotel offers 3 restaurants, a bar, heated spa pools and a fitness centre.
The staff was so helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.
