We loved our room which was in the main part of the accommodation. Hot tub was a bonus we didn't know about. Beautiful gardens which is part of the charm.

Our stay at Stoneridge was little short of ideal! The grounds were simply stunning - you take a steep drive up to the resort, passing by vineyards and rose bushes. The buildings have a historic stone and wrought-iron look and truly feel like they have been there for centuries. Walk around the grounds and you might also see the very cute, peaceful chapel. The rooms were, again, stunning, with beautiful views over Lake Hayes. They were spacious and thoughtfully furnished, including the bathrooms which had his and hers sinks. On checking in, we were greeted by their very friendly staff who offered us two glasses of rose and a lovely cheese board. In short, we loved it here - it felt like pure luxury!

The property was fabulous from check in to check out. All the staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. The room was well appointed with lots of little fine touches such as a candle and matches by the bath. The wine tasting was fun to do, the food in the restaurant was delicious, we ate in there both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had a facial in the spa which was the best I’ve had in a long time. We were sad to leave and would happily have spent a few more days there exploring the vineyards and relaxing. But I have to say the staff made it! Thank you for looking after us so well, we will be back!

Excellent apartment with everything provided. Staff who assisted us was very friendly and helpful. Location is fabulous. Only a few minutes walk to CBD and the Gondola is just around the corner. A beautiful little courtyard at the back where you can enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the beauty of the Remarkables
The views from the apartment are unbeatable. With Lake Wakatipu in front of you and The Remarkables in the distance, it made for a dramatic and brilliant experience. The apartment is laid out nicely - comfortable with living room with fireplace overlooking the scene with a wonderful patio in front. The sleeping area and bathroom are large and comfortable, and the kitchen and dining area work well. And if you're inclined to cook, the place has all the equipment you'll need to make it work.
One of the selling points of this hotel is the beautiful view of the Remarkables and, if you book a room with a mountain view, you will enjoy stunning vistas across the Kawarau river. The room was clean and the staff polite. There are a few restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk of the hotel - we particularly recommend Tham Nak Thai in the Remarkables Town Park shopping centre.
The room was so spacious and had everything stocked that we needed. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus! The restaurant downstairs (not affiliated with the hotel) was so convenient and offered a delicious menu. The airport was conveniently located nearby. The view of The Remarkables was stunning. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.
Nice hotel apartment located near the airport and within the Remarkables shopping centre, so very handy for all your shopping and restaurant needs. The room had a small kitchenette to satisfy your cooking requirements and the hotel provided free, albeit limited, parking.

The hotel is new, modern and chic throughout, with spacious and tastefully-appointed rooms. Location is great too. Being 5-10 minutes' walk from the center of Queenstown, it is just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the shops and restaurants to be very quite and private. Located on a hillside, all lake view rooms boast great vistas over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection is relatively broad.
The view from the balcony across to the Remarkables was stunning. The apartment was well appointed with everything needed and accommodated four people very comfortably. Staff were helpful throughout.
Excellently located, in the centre of Quenstown, The Lofts is within walking distance of many attractions. The apartment we were in - a studio - was great for the few days we were there, although it did not match the photos on Booking.com. All equipment - all we needed - was in excellent condition, with most appearing to be brand new. We appreciated the balcony and the views of the Remarkables. Indeed the apratrment was remarkable.
